Chad and Grier Hock’s transitional home in an established neighborhood backed up to a beautiful garden, both floral and vegetables, as as well a hen house for fresh eggs.
Extending the living space didn’t have to mean a complete renovation with a new brick-and-mortar room. In fact a porch was ideal. With screens for insect-free comfort, the Hocks got a cozy sitting area for entertaining a few guests on a fall evening or some quite reading amidst the birds and breezes.
